Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries via email, chat and phone, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Role offers remote work anywhere in Greece or on-site in Athens, with relocation assistance for candidates moving to Greece. Training and onboarding are provided to integrate into an international team.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
