Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives. The role supports an international online travel platform with Dutch and English inquiries via email, chat and phone.

You will assist customers, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed. The position offers both remote work from Greece after onboarding in Athens or on-site at the Athens office.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2.
• English proficiency at C1–C2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
