Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
