Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Choose one of the following options: Remote from anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens, or On-site at the Athens office. Salary is €1,500 gross per pay, 14 times per year (about €1,750 gross per month).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Dutch and English at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to complete onboarding/training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Resolve inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Offer accurate information based on customer needs.
• Identify concerns and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines.
