Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will help with inquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Choose remote from Greece after onboarding in Athens or on-site in Athens. The role offers €1,500 gross per pay, paid 14 times per year, plus relocation assistance of up to €300 and a hotel stay during onboarding.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level and English proficiency at C1–C2 level are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude are important.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
