Cross Border Talents recruits Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a global online travel platform. You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, delivering accurate information and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens, or join the Athens office. The role offers a gross salary of €1,500 per pay, paid 14 times per year, equating to about €1,750 gross per

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines
