Zusammenfassung

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone to resolve inquiries and issues.

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens (Greece) or on-site at the Athens office. Salary is €1,500 gross per salary, paid 14 times per year, approx €1,750 gross per month, with relocation support available.

Qualifikationen

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Aufgaben

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
