Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international travel platform. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, resolving issues and guiding them to a positive experience.

Remote work is available for Greece and on-site in Athens after onboarding. Salary is €1,500 gross per payment, paid 14 times per year (approx. €1,750 gross per month). Relocation support includes hotel weeks and up to €300 flights assistance.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilités

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
