Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
