Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform.

You will assist customers with inquiries via email, chat and phone in Dutch and English, provide information, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. Remote from Greece after onboarding in Athens or on-site in Athens.

Relocation support includes hotel during relocation and up to €300 for flights or relocation expenses.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
