Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking outbound sales professional to drive IT/B2B sales across the Benelux region, based from a hybrid Barcelona office with relocation support. You will identify opportunities, map customer needs to cloud solutions, and manage pipelines in Salesforce.

The role requires native Dutch and English fluency, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in tech sales with quota achievement.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1), written and spoken.
• A bachelor's degree, or around 20 months of equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT or tech outbound sales, B2B prospecting or cold calling, ideally against a quota.
• A good understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and of GDPR and data-privacy sensitivities.
• A goal-driven, self-motivated and resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to senior decision-makers across Benelux.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and understand customers' business and technical needs.
• Match customer challenges to the right cloud solutions and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Manage your accounts, leads and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work towards quarterly targets and daily/weekly activity KPIs.
