Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a native Dutch-speaking B2B outbound sales specialist to promote cloud solutions across the Benelux market from a seafront office in Barcelona. You will run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers and qualify opportunities, passing them to the sales team as needed.

You’ll manage accounts and pipelines in Salesforce, aiming for quarterly targets while meeting daily activity KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1), written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree, or around 20 months of equivalent practical experience.
• Proven IT/tech outbound sales, B2B prospecting or cold calling with quota
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM and GDPR awareness

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers across Benelux.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and understand customers' business and technical needs.
• Match customer challenges to the right cloud solutions and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Manage accounts, leads and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work towards quarterly targets and daily/weekly activity KPIs.
