Cross Border Talents is seeking a native Dutch speaker to join its international sales team. You will run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers across the Benelux, qualify opportunities and map customer needs to cloud solutions.

Based in a hybrid Barcelona office, the role offers relocation support, private health insurance and ongoing training. You’ll manage your pipeline in Salesforce and work toward quarterly targets in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1), written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree, or around 20 months of equivalent practical experience.
• Proven IT/tech outbound sales experience, B2B prospecting or cold calling, ideally with a quota.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Knowledge of Benelux business culture and GDPR/data privacy sensitivities.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated and resilient attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers across Benelux.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and understand customers' business and technical needs.
• Map customer challenges to cloud solutions and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Manage accounts, leads and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work towards quarterly targets and daily/weekly activity KPIs.
