Job summary

BlueView Talent is looking for a Customer Specialist to join an international team and deliver high-quality support across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will interact via phone, email, chat and other platforms, resolve questions, guide customers through processes, and document interactions in internal systems.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2); EU citizenship or Portuguese residency; growth mindset and willingness to relocate for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures through regular training.
