Job summary

BlueView Talent seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests. You will interact via phone, email, chat, and digital channels to resolve issues from first contact to resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) communication.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
