Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking B2B tech sales specialist to drive outbound sales across the Benelux region. You will identify opportunities, match client challenges to cloud solutions, and manage pipelines in Salesforce while meeting quarterly targets.

The role offers hybrid work from a Barcelona seafront office, relocation support, and ongoing training with growth opportunities within a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or around 20 months of equivalent experience.
• Proven IT or tech outbound B2B sales experience with quota.
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers across Benelux.
• Identify and qualify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Match challenges to cloud solutions and pass qualified deals to sales.
• Manage accounts, leads, and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work toward quarterly targets and activity KPIs.
