QuantWare in Delft is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales team and drive global revenue growth within the Revenue department of the Business Operations group. You will oversee strategic sales planning, collaborate with Product, Marketing and BD to expand key accounts and regions, and manage long, multi-stakeholder cycles with research labs and ecosystem partners.

You will also mentor a 3-5 person team, align FAE goals with customer success, and report on bookings and revenue progress

Responsabilités

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across a global customer base.
• Sales Strategies: Work with the account managers, Product, and Business Development to drive sales growth across target regions and customers.
• Sales typically arise from new government-funded quantum compute platforms at research and academic institutions.
• Sales cycles can be lengthy (~12 months) and complex involving relationship building at the research labs as well as with ecosystem partners.
• Sales Reporting: Oversee sales forecasting and report on metrics-driven performance against bookings and revenue goals.
• Team Leadership Build and Mentor: Train, mentor and recruit as required a high-performing sales team (3-5 FTE) in alignment with the QuantWare go-to-market strategic objectives.
• FAE management: Establish FAE goals to ensure a positive customer experience with pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
