You will own major hardware and system integration programs and serve as the executive engineering interface to strategic partners.

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Direct people management of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Customer facing delivery of complex hardware integration projects.
• Deep domain expertise in HPC systems integration or advanced packaging.
• Exceptional cross-functional communicator bridging business and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead & scale system engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex quantum hardware integration projects.
• Build and manage relationships with senior engineering leadership at partners.
• Identify and mitigate technical, timeline and cost mismatches with suppliers.
• Establish and scale engagement frameworks, training programs, and logistics.
• Partner with Business Development to evaluate feasibility and timelines on proposals.
