Job summary

QuantWare is seeking a Director of Applications to translate enterprise bottlenecks into quantified quantum business cases and drive hardware demand. You’ll lead a senior team, own end-user partnerships, and serve as the executive interface to strategic partners.

In this role you’ll build repeatable frameworks for business-case development, supervise quantum algorithm experts and applications engineers, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale impact across target industries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building quantified business cases for complex technology adoption.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and developing technical teams.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication bridging technical topics with strategy.
• Master’s degree or PhD or MBA with technical undergrad.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise partner discovery projects and quantify ROI.
• Build and present robust business cases for quantum applications.
• Recruit, manage, and scale a small team of experts.
• Maintain executive relationships with partner organizations.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for business case development and project execution.
• Translate enterprise requirements and hardware targets to internal teams.
