Job summary

QuantWare in Delft, Netherlands, is seeking a Director of Applications to translate enterprise bottlenecks into quantified quantum business value. You will lead a small team of quantum algorithm experts, applications engineers, and solutions engineers, serving as the executive interface to strategic partners.

You will own end-user partnerships, develop robust business cases showing ROI of quantum applications, and build scalable frameworks for project execution and resource estimation, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling technical teams.
• Executive-level communication bridging technical topics with business strategy.
• Advanced degrees as specified in the profile.
• Strategic mindset with ownership and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quantum application discovery projects with enterprise partners.
• Build and present robust ROI business cases for quantum applications.
• Recruit, manage, and lead a small senior team of Quantum Algorithm Experts, Applications Engineers, and Solutions Engineers.
• Build high-trust relationships with leadership at enterprise partner organizations.
• Establish scalable frameworks for business case development and project execution.
• Translate enterprise requirements back to internal Product, Systems, and Business Development teams.
