Trusted Shops in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Benelux region to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our SaaS solutions.

You will own a defined portfolio, act as primary contact, identify growth opportunities, and relay customer insights to the product team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Amsterdam with onboarding and international workation benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in customer communication and account management.
• Strong B2B background, ideally with Key Account experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and e-commerce challenges.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Native-level Dutch (C2) and advanced English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a defined portfolio of customers, driving performance improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for growth and strategically position TRSTD’s technologies to achieve client goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to our product team.
