Job summary

Trustpilot in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow a defined Benelux portfolio in the Mid Market segment. You’ll own the relationship, identify value drivers, drive renewals and expand accounts to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing and Product; you’ll manage forecasts in Salesforce, maintain accurate data, and contribute to strong GRR and NRR.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and strong professional English.
• Experience in account management within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio and drive renewals with data in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own your Book of Business and expand revenue; take ownership of your numbers.
• Identify Customer Goals and Drivers to derive Trustpilot value; set joint goals and KPIs.
• Own end-to-end renewal process to deliver high GRR and predictable retention.
• Drive portfolio expansion via upsell and cross-sell to achieve strong NRR.
