Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related role in SaaS.
• Ability to manage a large book of Mid-Market accounts.
• Familiarity with SPICED or similar success planning frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50 Mid-Market customers in Benelux.
• Ensure consistent platform usage linking customer goals.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities (CSQLs).
• Handle escalations and proactively mitigate risks.
• Use SPICED to track outcomes and monitor account health.
