Job summary

Abroad Experience in the Venray area is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to enhance their experience. You will manage daily orders and calls and log interactions in the CRM system.

You will address customer complaints with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, liaise with internal departments on stock and financial issues, and follow up on overdue invoices. Flexibility and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO education preferred or gained through work experience.
• Spanish native or near-native language skills; English excellent.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably B2B.
• Well-organised with good prioritization of tasks.
• Multitasking and flexible; stress-resistant in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Available for full-time work (8:00–18:00).
• Excellent MS Office, Excel and Outlook skills; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Take care of daily incoming orders and calls and register these in the CRM system.
• Address customer complaints with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and follow up on resolutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers for product and sales information; liaise with internal departments on stock and financial issues.
• Actively call customers on overdue invoices and work on solutions to collect the overdues.
• Work with your team in a small business unit style, aligned with the company’s values and strategy.
• Perform generic office tasks as needed.
• Participate or lead improvement activities impacting the customer and driving efficiency.
