BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist to be the first line of support across Dutch and English channels. You will handle inquiries, orders, accounts, and product-related questions via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, guiding customers from first contact to resolution.

The role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with internal teams, ongoing training on products and policies, and a relocation-inclusive onsite office in Groningen.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the Travel field.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
