Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in the Netherlands to be the first point of contact for customers across inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services. You will provide professional, personalized support through phone, email, chat and other channels, guiding customers from inquiry to resolution.

You will work in an international team, handling questions, processing requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in travel

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, providing professional, personalized support across topics.
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, services, and policies through ongoing training.
