Job summary

HiBob is seeking an experienced Pre-sales Sales Engineer for the Benelux region. You will prepare technical demonstrations, translate business needs into solutions, and collaborate with Sales to drive customer success.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales, strong storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex HR tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Based in Amsterdam, with a relocation option and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering role for B2B SaaS in Benelux
• Experience translating business requirements into demos or solution designs
• Commercially minded: connect technicals to business ROI, not just features
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-starter with curiosity, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Able to relay technical information to non-technical customers (e.g. integrations)
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Willing to relocate to Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations for the Nordics market
• Advise customers on HR tech challenges and digital transformation strategies
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and provide support
• Capture customer requirements and relay feedback to Product/Engineering
• Log and analyze client feedback to shape sales and marketing strategies
• Support Sales enablement with product training on features and use cases
• Analyze customer needs and share feedback with Product and Engineering
• Develop go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback
• Translate complex requirements into concrete use cases and tailored solutions
