Job summary

HiBob is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Engineer (Senior SE) who can translate complex technical solutions into clear business value. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to bring HiBob’s HR platform to life for customers across Benelux, Nordics, and Iberia.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a pre-sales SaaS role, strong written, verbal, and visual communication, and a collaborative, value-led selling approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering/Solutions Consulting role for B2B SaaS.
• Experience across Benelux, Nordics or Iberia is preferred.
• Able to guide high-stakes conversations across levels.
• Experience leading with value over feature dumps.
• Strong discovery instincts and structured questioning.
• Consultative mindset and passion for solving customer problems.
• Resilience and teamwork to win as a team.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity; generative AI is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch at C2 level.
• Nice to have HR-tech space experience (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS).

Responsibilities

• You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to bring HiBob’s products to life for customers.
• You’ll be a key connector between technical solutions and business outcomes, helping clients understand how HiBob can transform their people operations and culture.
