Job summary

HiBob, based in Amsterdam, is seeking an experienced presales Solutions Consultant for the Nordics. You will demonstrate HiBob’s HRIS capabilities, translate customer needs into concrete use cases, and show how HR technology drives business outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, collect feedback for Product and Engineering, and contribute to go-to-market strategies while enabling the sales team with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting role for B2B SaaS in the Nordics region.
• Demonstrated experience running multi-stakeholder discovery and translating business requirements into a configured demo or solution design.
• Commercially minded: able to connect the technical solution to business outcomes and ROI, not just feature fit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations, including presales demos and solution walkthroughs for the Nordics market.
• Advise customers on HR tech challenges, pain points, and digital transformation strategies.
• Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide the best possible support.
• Listen to customers' technical requirements and relay feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Log client feedback and help create new sales/marketing strategies.
