Job summary

HiBob is seeking a seasoned pre-sales Sales Engineer for the Benelux region to help HR leaders assess and adopt our data-driven HRIS platform. You will run multi-stakeholder discovery, translate business needs into demos or designs, and demonstrate how HiBob delivers measurable ROI.

Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with sales and customer teams to articulate value, address technical questions, and showcase integrations in a scalable, trusted way.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering role for B2B SaaS in the Benelux.
• Experience translating business requirements into a configured demo or solution design.
• Commercially minded: able to connect the technical solution to business outcomes and ROI, not just feature fit.
• Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (e.g.integrations).
• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
• Nice-To-Have:Experience in the HR-tech space (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS) or strong hands-on HR experience, with a focus on HR systems and digital transformation.
• Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
