Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow a defined Benelux portfolio, focusing on the Mid Market segment. Based in Amsterdam, you will own renewal processes, drive expansion, and position Trustpilot as a long-term partner.

You will combine commercial acumen with relationship depth, collaborating with Customer Success to ensure adoption and measurable value. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with SaaS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, expansions, renewals or similar customer-facing role in SaaS or subscription-based company.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, retention, NRR, upsell and cross-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Own your Book of Business and expand revenue by achieving renewal and expansion targets.
• Identify customer goals and drivers to derive Trustpilot value and KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end renewal process with high GRR and predictable retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and Product to ensure value realization and stories.
• Maintain accurate data and forecasting in Salesforce.
