Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Sales Manager for the Benelux region to develop and manage channel partnerships across distribution channels in the PV industry. You will design and implement a targeted sales strategy to expand GoodWe’s market share and revenue in the Benelux market.

You will lead the channel sales strategy, align product portfolios with partner needs, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to keep offerings competitive and well represented.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Channel Sales within solar/PV industry.
• Strong network in the Benelux renewable energy sector.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• CRM experience and partner-support focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Benelux Channel Sales plan.
• Identify and cultivate channel partners including wholesalers, installers, and EPC/IPP.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and drive revenue in Benelux.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales teams.
• Provide ongoing partner support and training to ensure alignment.
• Represent GoodWe at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies to sustain growth.
