GoodWe is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager Benelux to lead and execute marketing strategies across the Benelux region, focusing on localization of campaigns, brand awareness, and sales support in a fast-paced market.

You will own the annual plan and budget, drive 360° campaigns, create multi-channel content, oversee social media, and lead lead-gen activities in collaboration with Sales and regional HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, PV, or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of Benelux energy markets and business culture.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and supporting regional sales growth.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch fluency required; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, own, and manage the annual Benelux marketing plan and budget.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated 360° campaigns (META, LinkedIn, email, website, PR, events).
• Create content for newsletters, digital ads, case studies, editorials, trainings and webinars.
• Oversee social media planning, scheduling, copywriting, engagement, and reporting.
• Lead generation and nurturing activities; collaborate with Sales to qualify and convert leads.
• Coordinate events with partners; manage trade shows, expos, and conferences; post-event follow-up.
• Manage webinars end-to-end from setup to reporting; support PR efforts.
