Job summary

GoodWe is looking for a Service Engineer Benelux responsible for providing Level 2 technical support and training for customers in the region. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, fluent Dutch, and at least 3 years of experience in technical support. You will work closely with distributors and installation partners while ensuring customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technical support, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 level).
• Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or the utility sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support training of Level 1 hotline to ensure high performance.
• Provide direct technical support to distributors and installers.
• Analyze product issues and escalate when necessary.
