Job summary

GoodWe is looking for a Solution Manager Benelux to enhance pre-sales excellence across the region. The role involves delivering customer training, providing technical advice, and enhancing GoodWe’s market presence through effective relationship building.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with proven customer interaction experience, and is fluent in Dutch and English. A passion for renewable energy and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical background with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical support or pre-sales with direct customer interaction is advantageous.
• Business fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with solar PV, inverters, energy storage systems, or utility sector is desirable.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage technical pre-sales activities in Benelux.
• Build customer trust with expert technical guidance.
• Promote GoodWe solutions to installers and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
• Conduct effective customer training sessions and distributor events.
• Understand local market requirements for PV and energy storage systems.
• Provide market insights to support product innovation.
