Job summary
A leading hospitality provider in Genting Highlands seeks a facilities maintenance technician. The role involves supplying utilities and performing maintenance services while ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should have SPM/STPM qualifications and hands-on experience with electrical installations. A manual driving license is required. This position favors non-smokers with good interpersonal skills and basic computer literacy.

- Supply utilities and carry out R&M services.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Engineering Management.

- To supply utilities, carry out all types of R&M services in the facility, machines, and equipment available at the Utility Plants / Hotel Properties in accordance with the Engineering Integrated Management System requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment for staff and reduce environmental pollution.
- Perform any other works assigned by Engineering Management from time to time.
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification; having a Wireman or Changeman certificate is an advantage.
- Require hands-on experience with electrical installations and meter reading activities.
- Must possess a manual car driving license.
- Must not be color blind, and able to read and write well with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to walk long distances and free from backaches or health problems.
- Non-smoker preferred.
- Must have basic computer literacy skills and be willing to learn.
