Job summary
A real estate company in Malacca is seeking a Sales Executive to handle inquiries, conduct property viewings, and assist clients with bookings. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be sales-driven. Responsibilities include planning marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets. Own transport is required for travel. Qualifications
- 1–2 years of working experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the property development or related industry.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from potential buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Provide product knowledge including pricing and financing options.
- Participate in launching events and property roadshows.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist clients with bookings and sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills
Handle inquiries from potential buyers (walk-ins, calls, online).
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Provide product knowledge – pricing, layout, features, benefits, financing options, etc.
Participate in launching events, property roadshows, and exhibitions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote projects and generate leads.
Assist clients with booking, sales documentation, and loan applications.
Follow up with prospects to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 1–2 years of working experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the property development, real estate, or related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
