Franklin Malaysia is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Lead to drive our brand growth and strengthen our presence as the fastest-growing pickleball brand in the country. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports, content creation, and brand-building — and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As the Marketing Lead, you will oversee our marketing strategy, social media presence, events, partnerships, and ambassador program. You will play a key role in shaping how Franklin connects with players, retailers, and the wider pickleball community across Malaysia.

• Lead and execute Franklin Malaysia’s marketing strategy across digital and on-ground channels.
• Manage social media content planning, posting, and performance growth.
• Coordinate influencer, ambassador, and KOL partnerships.
• Plan and manage events, product launches, and nationwide activations.
• Build strong relationships with courts, retailers, and community partners.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and campaign results.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI for activities.
• Work closely with senior management on branding and expansion plans.

• Experience in marketing, branding, or social media management.
• Strong creativity and ability to ideate engaging content.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
• Passion for sports, lifestyle brands, or community engagement (pickleball interest is a bonus).
