JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for new colleagues who can help to increase our efficiency for quoting customers more accurately and develop & organize our relationships further with suppliers.

1. Working hours between 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday.
2. Responsible for pricing/quoting Sales Team's inquiries, overseas Barsan Offices and customers.
3. Responsible for improving our pricing capacity for Malaysia ocean freight market.
4. Improving our relationships with current suppliers and partners.
5. Searching, calling & building new relationships with potential suppliers. (Carriers, NVOCC's, Freight Forwarders)
6. Arranging and attending suppliers meetings & events.
7. Working in coordination & closely with Sales and Operation Teams.
8. Preparing weekly reports for pricing activities.
9. Regularly following trends of Ocean Freight market in Malaysia and taking action accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficiency in English
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics field required.
3. Experienced in working with Shipping lines and other suppliers.
4. Experienced in Ocean Freight market in Malaysia.
5. Having a good sense of market prices & potential customers.
6. Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude.
