Job summary

A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or comprehensive administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for recruitment for the Malaysia branch.
  • Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations.
  • Responsible for monthly attendance tracking and payroll calculation.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR management policies.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws.
