A technology solutions company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and delivery. The role involves analyzing data for trends and optimizing operational efficiencies. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in project management, along with strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Candidates with knowledge of entertainment platforms will have an advantage. Join our growing team to lead innovative projects in a dynamic environment.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of new projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data to identify trends, track project progress, and optimize operations.
Provide regular reports and insights to management and key stakeholders regarding project performance.
Use data to forecast risks, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational efficiency improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and propose corrective actions.
Develop creative solutions to challenges faced during project execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Stakeholder & Client Communication:
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
5. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management or direct supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of entertainment platforms and industry is an added advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Project Management, or other related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
Experience in data analysis, process optimization, or any other quantitative/qualitative research role is an added advantage.
