Middleware & CICD Support Engineer

The Role
• Providing technical support to managed services team clients
• Implementing various development, testing, and automation tools
• Follow through the entire CI/CD process
• Incident management
• Root cause analyst
• Facilitating communication between customers and product principals

What we are looking for
• Willing to pick up and learn new software and technologies.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
