Responsibilities
- Create and maintain structural reports and dashboard for key accounts, aligned with APAC Growth team strategies
- Gather, extract and analyze data from multiple sources (strategy) to provide actionable insights related to KAM tasks
- Support key account strategic decision making with data driver recommendations
- Ensure Data integrity and accuracy across dashboard and reports
- Continuous improvements recomenndation based on historical data/ analyzed data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of KAM decision making
- Provide recommedation for budgeting and forecasting related to customer accounts, specifically for existing customers initiatives and process improvement
- Support KAM on preparation of financial tool; investment model in preparation for board review for existing business renewal or new from existing business
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Data Science/ Analytics, Finance, Business Administration or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, reporting and visualization tools
- Experience and Understanding of key account, business development, solutions or commercial in logistics sector is preferred
