The incumbent is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer onboarding experience to support the company's business by assessing risks and approving or declining applicants within underwriting guidelines and compliance regulations.
The complexity of the insurance business requires the incumbent to acquire strong technical underwriting skills, be a team player with a high level of responsibility and commitment; customer-oriented, and possess minimal supervisory skills. The incumbent is also required to work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional PRUexperience Service to customers.
