As Senior Analyst, FP&A – Product Supply, you’ll play a key role in driving financial clarity and strategic insight across VF’s Global Sourcing business. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate OPEX and CAPEX forecasts, manage cost allocations, and support critical financial processes.
Support month‑end closing activities and review actuals vs. forecast and budget
Partner with department heads to manage a $100M USD OPEX & CAPEX budget
Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cost allocations based on business dynamics
Prepare and review management reports for Corporate Finance (US), analyze variances, and provide timely recommendations
Collaborate with Logistics to validate savings from cost mitigation initiatives and monitor ROI
Lead quarterly material liability reporting, analyze exposure trends, and prepare rebate variance reports
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal control standards

Experience:
3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis within a multinational company
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience with BI tools is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
CPA qualification preferred but not required
