As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant (Cloud & AI Solutions), a professional who can engage confidently with corporate clients, deliver impactful presentations, and translate technology into real business value. You’ll work closely with our Sales Director, gaining exposure to enterprise projects across industries while contributing directly to Malaysia’s digital transformation landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to drive enterprise growth in cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
  • Attend client meetings with corporate customers and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Gather client requirements, analyze business needs, and collaborate with internal technical teams to craft suitable solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with strong value propositions.
  • Represent the company in industry events, solution briefings, and exhibitions.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and ensure timely project closure.
  • Stay current with cloud infrastructure, AI/LLM technologies, and market trends to advise clients confidently.
  • Work with project managers and solution architects to ensure technical and business alignment.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution sales, enterprise software, or system integration environment.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), digitalization, and IT infrastructure.

Advantageous if familiar with AI and LLM technologies (e.g. Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, LangChain) and how they apply in enterprise solutions.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with C‑level executives.

Strong ability to prepare proposals, solution decks, and tender documentation.

Fast learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and present them confidently to clients.

Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently or within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings with corporate clients.

Passionate about innovation, AI, and continuous learning in the tech space.
