Job summary
A manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a professional to manage operational machine planning and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Material Management or related fields and at least 1 year of experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are crucial, alongside proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with clients. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Requires self-initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Must communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and analyze operational machine planning and inventory control.
- Coordinate with customers on commitment and delivery plans.
- Monitor daily production performance and delivery schedules.
- Forecast purchase of raw materials based on production needs.

Responsible to plan / monitor / analyze operational machine planning, raw material & inventory control
To coordinate with customer on commitment plan and delivery plan
To compile operational machine capacity by customer
To monitor day to day production performance and delivery schedule
Coordinate and forecast purchase of raw materials or parts according to production schedule and inventory needs
Ensure on incoming deliveries on raw materials
Candidate must processes at least a Diploma/Degree in Material Management / Logistic /Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Self-initiative and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
