Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accuracy, and meet productivity targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. Fluency in English and Malay is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Able to speak and write in both English and Malay.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities.
• Lead and allocate manpower to ensure operational targets and customer requirements are met.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
• Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report operational issues and support resolution of day-to-day challenges.
