Job summary

DHL is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Shah Alam to support daily logistics operations. You will handle order processing, documentation, and inventory updates within our WMS environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a logistics-related qualification, and proficiency in Excel. Fluency in English and Malay is essential, with on-site duties at Shah Alam. Join a global logistics leader and contribute to accurate, efficient supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/certificate/diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse admin or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong English and Malay communication (verbal/written).
• Based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and update transactions in the WMS.
• Prepare and generate order lists, pick lists, packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
• Support inbound and outbound operations through accurate documentation and system updates.
• Monitor inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain filing records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, KPIs, and safety requirements.
