Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Associate based in Shah Alam to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role requires following order lists, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent qualifications, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and follow packing instructions in Malay and English.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Able to read and follow order lists, pick lists, and packing instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders according to customer requirements.
• Perform inventory checks, stock movements, and cycle count activities.
• Ensure goods are stored accurately and safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety procedures at all times.
• Support inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
